- All cards are sold on a first-come/first-serve basis
- Orders are manually handled via email
- Paypal is the only form of payment excepted (Credit Cards Allowed)
- All orders are shipped with Delivery Confirmation, with the following options available (when applicable):
- USPS First Class
- USPS First Class Insured
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Priority Mail Insured

| Placing an eCardAutographs Order |
- New offerings will be available at the date/time posted on the homepage
- At the time of sale, the COMING SOON image will change to an ORDER NOW link
- Click the ORDER NOW link to view the order page
- Send an email, to the specified address, with your Paypal email address and shipping selection
- You will receive a return email letting you know if your order was, or wasn't, accepted
- If your order was accepted, a Paypal Invoice will be sent to the email address specified requesting payment
- In the event of a sellout, the following provisions apply:
- Orders not accepted will be placed on the hold list, in the order received
- Accepted orders will be cancelled if not paid within 1 hour and then sold to those on the hold list
